Project Overview
Located within North Charleston’s Shipyard Creek Logistics Center, the new East Coast Warehouse & Distribution facility will provide 259,000 square feet of temperature-controlled warehouse space across 17.6 acres, with an additional nine acres supporting parking and storage for 350 trailers and containers. Positioned just 1.5 miles from SC Ports’ Hugh K. Leatherman Sr. Terminal, the facility will support public refrigerated warehousing and serve as a base for Safeway Trucking operations.
