The LightGauge Co. is proud to partner with Gray Construction on this 135,000-square-foot Class A industrial development, featuring two 67,500-square-foot warehouse buildings. Designed to provide flexible industrial space, each building can be subdivided into tenant bays as small as 7,500 square feet, accommodating a variety of warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations.
As part of this project, our team is delivering coordinated specialty contracting solutions while working closely with Gray Construction and the project team to maintain quality, efficiency, and schedule throughout every phase of construction. Through proactive communication, experienced field leadership, and a commitment to craftsmanship, The LightGauge Co. is helping bring another high-performance industrial facility to life that will support future business growth and operational flexibility.
