Project Overview
Trident Technical College's Berkeley Campus renovation and expansion represents a significant investment in the future of higher education in the Lowcountry. Upon completion, the project will renovate the existing 74,000-square-foot facility and add 11,500 square feet of new construction, helping increase campus capacity from 1,000 to 3,000 students.
LightGauge Co. is providing exterior framing, interior framing, sheathing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, specialty metal and wood ceilings, and decorative metal wall panels throughout the facility. This diverse scope showcases our ability to deliver comprehensive interior and exterior systems that support modern educational environments while enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
