Developed for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, this educational campus brings together Mercer Middle School, Groves High School, and Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) programs into one integrated learning environment. While initially planned as a K–12 facility, the campus was designed with flexibility to transition into a grades 6–12 model as enrollment needs evolved.

The development includes a 397,668-square-foot academic building, a dedicated 52,000-square-foot CTAE facility, and more than 38,000 square feet of athletic spaces, supporting over 2,400 students across a 43-acre campus.

Purposefully organized to support student movement and campus operations, the layout creates separation between grade levels while maintaining a connected experience. The CTAE facility provides specialized learning environments and equipment to support workforce-focused programs, including aircraft maintenance and logistics training. Drawing inspiration from Savannah’s architectural character, the campus combines modern educational spaces with a design rooted in the surrounding community.
