Project Overview

Francis Marion University's (FMU) Forestry and Environmental Sciences Building is a 45,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art academic facility located in Florence, South Carolina. Situated on the west side of campus across Francis Marion Road, the building was designed to support the university's expanding environmental and forestry education programs while providing students with modern spaces for learning, research, and collaboration.

Designed to foster innovation and environmental stewardship, the Forestry and Environmental Sciences Building reflects FMU's commitment to preparing the next generation of environmental professionals, researchers, and natural resource leaders. The facility serves as a central hub for education, research, and community engagement while supporting the university's long-term vision for growth and academic excellence.
