Dental College of Georgia

Augusta University has broken ground on a new $178 million, 185,000-square-foot dental education facility at Georgia Southern University's Armstrong Campus.

With The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company leading construction, the project will create new opportunities for dental training while helping address workforce shortages and expand access to oral healthcare across Georgia.

The facility is anticipated to open in summer 2028, marking an important step forward for healthcare education in the region.
