Project Overview

Located in the heart of Charleston's historic district at 346 East Bay Street, the Delta Pharmacy project is a thoughtfully designed 4,000-square-foot mixed-use development that blends modern functionality with the city's rich architectural heritage. The two-story building features an independent pharmacy on the ground level, providing convenient healthcare services to the surrounding community, while the upper floor accommodates a private residential living space.

Careful consideration was given to preserving the character of the site, with the building's design paying tribute to the iconic "Three Sisters" structures that once occupied the property. By incorporating architectural elements inspired by Charleston's historic streetscape, the project creates a seamless connection between the city's past and its continued growth.
