One of the most notable aspects of Light Gauge Company's performance was their ability to coordinate their work with the numerous mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP contractors working throughout the project. Given the extremely compressed schedule, multiple trades were often working in the same areas simultaneously, creating a high level of congestion and requiring constant communication and coordination. Light Gauge's team demonstrated the flexibility necessary to work around ongoing MEP installations, respond to field conditions, and sequence their work appropriately without losing sight of their schedule commitments.
